Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Kegel Go, formerly known as Kegel PT, and related services provided by Betterbase Studio, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Kegel Go, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must meet the applicable legal requirements to use the service; if you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and supervise your use. The app is not intended for children under 13.
Google Play's applicable service and purchase terms also apply to downloads and purchases through Google Play.
2. What the app provides
Kegel Go provides guided pelvic floor training sessions, local progress tracking, goals, reminders, streaks, challenges, achievements, league displays, and optional premium access. Onboarding questions help shape the app experience. Features vary by platform, version, plan, configuration, and availability.
3. Exercise safety and results
The app offers general wellness information and exercise guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an individualized clinical assessment and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Changes in pelvic floor function, sexual performance, or results within any particular period are not guaranteed.
Follow appropriate guidance and use comfortable contractions and relaxation. Stop if you experience pain, pelvic discomfort, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the exercises if you have pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, a relevant medical condition, recent surgery, or uncertainty about whether training is appropriate. Do not use the app to delay needed care.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
Subject to applicable law and app-store terms, you may use the app for your personal purposes on supported devices. Rights in the app, branding, and original app content remain with their respective owners. You may not unlawfully copy or distribute the app, bypass premium or security controls, disrupt services, impersonate others, or reverse engineer the app except where law permits.
5. Your answers, display name, and messages
You are responsible for the information you provide and for having permission to use your content. Onboarding answers and your selected display name are saved locally in the current app workflow. Support messages are sent to our backend; you authorize processing needed to respond and maintain the support conversation. Avoid unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive messages. Quiz results are not diagnoses, clinical risk assessments, or guarantees of a personalized medical treatment.
6. Free and premium features
The app may offer free features, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, trial conditions, and included features are shown before purchase. Do not rely on a feature being available unless it is included in the offer you select. RevenueCat is used to verify purchases and premium entitlements.
7. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
Purchases through Google Play are processed by that store, subject to its terms and applicable consumer law. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the offer confirmed at purchase unless canceled using the store's subscription controls. Trials may become paid subscriptions as disclosed at purchase.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store and applicable law; we cannot guarantee a store-controlled refund. Restore available purchases using the app's restore feature and the appropriate store account.
If a one-time purchase is offered, the access included is defined by the offer shown at purchase. It does not promise that every device, future feature, or online service will remain available indefinitely. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
8. Reminders, progress data, and leagues
Reminders depend on device permissions, settings, battery policies, and system scheduling and may not arrive at an exact time. Local training history, goals, onboarding answers, streaks, and other records can be lost when app or device data is removed. League displays, XP, momentum indicators, and achievements are motivational features; they do not establish clinical improvement, cash value, or a right to prizes.
9. External services and connectivity
Some features require internet access and configured services such as Firebase, Mixpanel, OneSignal, RevenueCat, Supabase, and the app store, with Firebase Crashlytics used for Android diagnostics. A service included in the source may not be active until its configuration is supplied. The current tutorial video is bundled in the app. External services have their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability is outside our complete control. You are responsible for connectivity costs.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes local onboarding and training information, support messages, identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, purchases, and service providers. Use device permissions and available app controls to manage notifications and local information.
11. Updates and service changes
We may update the app or modify features to maintain security, compatibility, and operation, or for other legitimate reasons. Supported devices and operating systems may change. Features can be unavailable during maintenance or third-party failures. Any changes affecting paid access remain subject to applicable consumer law and the purchase terms.
12. Restrictions and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation and deletion of server-held information are separate actions.
13. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-available basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular health or exercise result. You remain responsible for using exercises safely. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
14. Changes and contact
